About Us
I founded Kralizec Law with one goal in mind: to put my implacable determination and finely honed litigation skills to work for ordinary people in Delaware. When many of my clients find me, they've been haled into court for their first time, often without knowing why. They count on me to treat their case with the gravity and determination it deserves, because, often, their livelihoods and even their life depends on the outcome.
Kralizec Law takes its name and its inspiration from Frank Herbert's sci-fi epic Dune. The name refers to a final reckoning and serves as a constant reminder to us to focus on the big picture. We know what's really at stake for our clients. So, we remain steadfast in difficult circumstances, when others may panic or quit. Finally, my arguments to juries draw on modern research into cognitive biases like anchoring, confirmation bias, and group think, to enhance their persuasive force.

Team Profiles
Emery was born and raised in West Chester, Pennsylvania, though he's called Delaware home since 2015. In that time, he's grown fond of life in the First State, where barely two degrees of separation connect everyone he meets. (Literally. Everyone.)
Emery's parents migrated to the U.S. from Egypt before his birth. Founding this law firm represents the culmination of a long-held ambition to succeed in his family's chosen home. He remains one of the only Muslim lawyers in private practice here, where he represents folks in nearly all Delaware courts. In his free time, Emery enjoys yoga, reading, and video games. He proudly serves on the board of directors of the West End Neighborhood House, Delaware Barristers Association, and the Choir School of Delaware.
